Finally this week, I was able to make a card for one of my dear friends.  I will be mailing it off today and am excited for her to recieve it.  Hopefully I will be back full force very soon with my scrapbooking hobby!

One Little Word is a concept of coming up with one word thta you would like to focus on in the new year.  Ali Edwards is conducting a year long class which focuses on One Little Word through Big Picture Classes. 
This year, I decided to focus on the word: 

Not only for its definition, but also because this is something I would like to focus on in 2011.  Personally, I don't feel as though I write enough, so in 2011, I would like to focus on writing, whether it's one word, or pages full of words, just random thoughts of the day that tell my story, and the story of my family - from my perspective. 
So this year again, my One Little Word is:  Write, I plan to have a monthly update on how I am making this word visable in my everyday life.

I started feeling under the weather the day after Christmas, and spent last week and yesterday trying to rest up and feel better.  I'm hoping that this week will be better than last and that things will begin to pick up.  Until then, today I will be updating the site and hope you all will stay tuned and continue to follow me in 2011.
