White Pineapple Sangria
16 Servings

Ingredients:
6 cups pineapple juice (All natural organic pineapple juice)
2 bottles of Moscato (Hear & Soul Moscato - S. Eastern
   Australia)
2 cups of flavored Brandy ( Dekuyper Peach Flavored Brandy)
2 cups pineapple soda (Barrilitos Soda)
2 containers of pre-cut fresh pineapple chunks
2 Oranges sliced
2 Apples
2 Peaches
1 pear
1 pint Strawberries cunt in fours
1 bunch of fresh mint for garnishing

Directions:
1.  Cut up fruit into small chunks - smaller than seen in photo above.  Place in large pitcher.
2.  In large pitcher add the pineapple juice, wine, brandy and soda.  Stir.
3.  Pour into large wine glass and garnish with fresh mint.

Note:  If you would like for the sangria to be cold, you can add ice to the pitcher before adding the juice, soda, wine and brandy.  The items in parenthesis are the products that I use when making this sangria.  Also, I like to make it a night or two before a get together, this way the all the flavors from the juices and the fruit are able to combine and mix well.

My dear friend, Keisha, a few months back brought up the fact that we tend to always find a way to bring up food in our conversations…..our love for food, good restaurants, and recipes we’ve found…..We can go on and on!  So she thought that maybe we should do a monthly recipe swap to share some of our favorite recipes or interesting recipes we’ve found.  We also thought it would be fund to provide each other with something to house our “new” recipes in for each other.  Above you will see the AMAZING recipe bamboo recipe box that she had especially hand-carved just for me.  I just love it and can’t wait to fill it with her recipes and some of my favorites as well!
